Cleaning and sanitizing:
Clean floors, bathrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, windows, and other areas. This may include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
Trash and recycling:
Collect garbage and recycling, replace trash bags, and keep disposal areas clean.
Restocking supplies:
Make sure bathrooms and other areas have enough paper towels, toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, and other supplies.
Basic maintenance:
Handle simple tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, assembling items, unclogging minor drains, or making small repairs when trained to do so.
Facility inspections:
Walk through the building to look for spills, broken equipment, leaks, damaged fixtures, or other problems.
Safety:
Keep floors and walkways free of hazards and follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Equipment care:
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor machines, pressure washers, or other tools.
Reporting problems:
Notify a supervisor or maintenance department when something requires specialized repair.
Following schedules:
Complete daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning or maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
Teamwork:
Work with coworkers and, depending on the workplace, interact professionally with customers, employees, tenants, or visitors. In simple terms, the job is "keep the building clean, safe, functional, and presentable, and report or handle problems as appropriate." F/T Position 40+ hours/
OT Pay:
$15-$18 Holiday Bonus Monday thru Friday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
