Job Overview:
We are located at the Jonathan Dickinson state park and we are renting out safari Glamping tents to our guests We are currently seeking a Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas. This is an important role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Please note that this position may require standing, bending, or walking for extended periods of time.
