Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas including parking lot. Handle cleaning chemicals safely, following proper chemical handling safety procedures to prevent accidents or contamination. Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, and scrubbers to ensure optimal cleanliness and floor care. Maintain sanitation standards in restrooms, kitchens, and common areas like Theaters and private viewing rooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures regularly. Assist with custodial responsibilities related to facilities maintenance, including minor repairs or reporting larger issues for prompt resolution. Support industrial cleaning task as needed to uphold facility appearance and safety standards. Skills Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques. Strong understanding of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation protocols. Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs and upkeep activities. Knowledge of safety protocol adherence to ensure a secure working environment at all times.
