We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner with excellent organizational and time management skills to service properties throughout the Islamorada and Key Largo area. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest experience by taking ownership of efficient property turnovers by ensuring our short-term rentals consistently meet the highest standards for cleanliness, linen management, guest readiness, and overall presentation What does your day look like:

• Check the scheduling app daily to review assigned property locations, turnover windows, checkout/check-in times, and specific guest notes.
• Perform complete cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing across bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas between guest stays.
• Strip dirty linens and towels, execute on-site or off-site laundry, and remake beds to company staging standards.
• Maintain standard inventory levels by monitoring and replenish guest amenities and essentials, including toiletries, coffee stations, paper products, and cleaning supplies.
• Conduct thorough walkthroughs to identify and immediately report any property damage, missing items, or maintenance issues via the team app.
• Neatly arrange furniture, decor, and patio spaces for optimal guest presentation, adjust climate controls, and ensure all doors and windows are fully secured upon exit. You are a good match if you have:
• Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or vacation rental/hospitality turnovers preferred.
• Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish (Bilingual).
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and smart device for daily scheduling and property reporting.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25-30 lbs, and handle continuous physical work throughout scheduled shifts.
• Meticulous eye for cleanliness, presentation, and noticing small details that impact the guest experience.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and finish turnovers efficiently within strict checkout/check-in windows.
• Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your workload effectively without direct supervision.
• Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and peak checkout windows (typically 10 AM - 4 PM).

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
