E2E Cleaning Services is hiring an experienced commercial cleaner for a full-time day porter position at a busy facility on Jacksonville's Northside. You'll keep the offices, restrooms, public areas, warehouse and outdoor areas clean throughout the day. This hands-on position is ideal for someone dependable who can work independently, follow a written cleaning route and stay professional around staff and customers.

Pay:

$16-$17 per hour.

Employment:

Full-time W-2, 40 paid hours per week.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:30 PM.

Unpaid lunch:

11:00 AM-12:00 PM. Weekends off. Responsibilities Clear litter and blow off front parking lot and entrance each morning. Vacuum and mop offices before staff arrive at 8 AM. Clean five restrooms each morning and touch up throughout the day. Clean lobby, registration counter, reception, offices, conference room and break rooms including trash, glass, counters and high-touch surfaces. Check the warehouse daily for trash and spills. Operate auto scrubber weekly with training provided. Empty outdoor trash and pick up litter. Maintain restrooms and arena during Thursday auctions and reset afterward. COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

; day porter and floor-care experience a plus. Available for full weekday schedule and reliable 6:30 AM start. Work independently from daily checklist. Professional around desks, belongings and confidential paperwork. Safety around moving vehicles and follow site instructions. Perform active indoor/outdoor cleaning, lift 20 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Reliable transportation to Jacksonville Northside and own vehicle for Friday trip to nearby office. Smartphone for scheduling, communication and photo reports. Age 18 or older and able to pass background check. English- and Spanish-speaking applicants welcome; bilingual a plus, not required.
