Job Description

Events Specialist/Custodian Busy active Community seeks
SEASONAL PART TIME
Custodian/Janitor for the Condominium Club House, to work nights and weekends . Duties include set up/tear down of tables and chairs and trash removal, cleaning kitchen, restrooms, windows, doors, floors and event preparation. Must have general custodial/janitorial cleaning experience, be able to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods of time, be able to repeatedly lift items such as tables and chairs, ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a cheerful attitude.
