Porter-Multifamily

Fore Property Company a privately held and growing national development and property management company is seeking a Porter for our beautiful community, Rapallo, in Kissimmee, FL. As a Porter you will be responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. Your proactive approach to cleaning grounds and buildings will ensure our community remains pristine and inviting.

Requirements:

1-year prior experience as a porter on a multifamily property required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and offer competitive salary package which includes excellent base salary, employee apartment (if needed), 401K with company matching, Medical/Dental/Vision, 2 Weeks Vacation, Sick days, 10 paid Holidays a year. FPC is a drug free work place. All candidates must undergo a drug test and background check including DMV and criminal records.
