Job Description

The Maintenance/Janitorial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall upkeep of the HOA community's common areas, amenities, and facilities. This position performs routine janitorial duties, minor maintenance repairs, and assists in preserving community standards to provide residents with a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize common areas, including clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, offices, hallways, and meeting rooms. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed. Report cleaning supply needs and maintain inventory. Perform routine inspections of common areas and community facilities. Complete minor repairs, including painting, drywall patching, light bulb replacement, door adjustments, and basic plumbing repairs. Assist with preventative maintenance programs for community buildings and amenities. Monitor and maintain community equipment and tools. Remove debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaped areas. Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow removal, ice control, and storm cleanup, as applicable. Identify and report safety hazards, vandalism, property damage, or maintenance issues requiring specialized repair. Help maintain the appearance of community grounds and recreational areas. Set up and break down community events, meetings, and resident functions. Respond to resident concerns and service requests in a professional and courteous manner. Support contractors and vendors working within the community when directed.
Full-Time Pay rate:
$22 PLEASE
