  • Evening Custodial Staff We are looking for part-time evening commercial cleaners to take care of our building and carry out cleaning duties.
The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects as needed Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently Must be able to pass Background check

Notificar a la gerencia sobre las deficiencias que se produzcan o las necesidades de reparación. Abastecer y mantener salas de suministro Cooperar con el resto del personal. Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad. Habilidades Experiencia laboral comprobable como conserje Habilidad para manejar equipos y maquinaria de limpieza. Conocimiento de productos químicos y suministros de limpieza. Familiaridad con las hojas de datos de seguridad de materiales Integridad y capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente. Debe poder pasar la verificación de antecedentes
