Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial environments, ensuring that each space is welcoming, safe, and maintained to our high standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment according to established protocols. Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed. Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning is required. Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Your Qualifications:
  • Vehicle, valid driver's license & valid car insurance.
  • Be able to legally work in the United States.
  • Be able to drive between Brevard County and Indian River County.
  • Reliable transportation is required to travel to client sites.
  • Background Check:
    Ability to pass a standard background check.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Reliable cellphone with internet.
  • Physically able of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable performing tasks that require kneeling.
Your Benefits & Perks:
Weekly Paychecks:
Earn $20
  • 25 per hour after completing training, with consistent and reliable pay.
Training pay starts at $15 per hour. The training period typically lasts 2 to 4 weeks, depending on performance, skill level, and ability to meet company standards.
Work Schedule:
Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional weekends may be required based on business needs. Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
Stability:
As a W-2 employee (not a subcontractor), you'll enjoy job security, steady schedules, and well-defined cleaning routes.

After the training period, you'll have predictable weekly hours so you can plan your life with confidence.
