Promotion from within Shoes for Crews ($50 credit every year for new "kicks") Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and surfaces Follow sanitation schedules and food safety guidelines Dispose of waste and recyclables properly Assist with breakdown and reassembly of equipment for cleaning Perform physical work, including heavy lifting Maintain safety standards at all times Work overnight shifts in a cold environment (34°F) Requirements Custodial, commercial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods and performing heavy lifting Willing and able to work in cold temperatures for full shifts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Dependable, responsible, and team‑oriented Availability to work
