Job Description

Overview The Janitorial Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and professional government facility.

Duties may include:

Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Emptying trash and replacing liners Vacuuming carpeted areas Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors Cleaning and disinfecting high-touch surfaces Cleaning breakroom/common areas Dusting accessible surfaces Restocking restroom and janitorial supplies Maintaining janitorial closets and equipment Reporting supply needs and facility concerns Completing required service/check-in documentation Performing other custodial duties required for the assigned facility Qualifications Applicants should: Have professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience Be dependable and punctual Have reliable transportation Be comfortable working independently Be able to follow a detailed cleaning schedule and checklist Be able to communicate with company management regarding completed services and facility issues Be able to pass any required company and government facility screening/access requirements Be able to maintain professional conduct while working in a federal facility Previous experience cleaning government facilities, offices, medical facilities, schools, banks, or other commercial buildings is preferred. What We Provide Integrity Core Alliance LLC provides the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment required to perform the work. This position offers a consistent 6-day-per-week schedule with approximately 1 hour of work per service day and may be a good fit for an experienced cleaner seeking dependable supplemental income. Continued employment is based on satisfactory performance, attendance, contract requirements, and continued government exercise of applicable contract periods.
