Miami, FL Pay:
$17.00 per hour CADISA INC., a professional condominium and property management company, is currently seeking reliable and responsible Janitorial/Cleaning Personnel to work at a residential condominium property in Miami. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are dependable, professional, and committed to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
AVAILABLE SCHEDULES
Position / Shift #1 Wednesday through Sunday 12:00 PM
•8:30
PM Days Off:
Monday and Tuesday Position / Shift #2 Saturday through Wednesday 8:00 AM
•5:00
PM Days Off:
Thursday and Friday Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include: Cleaning and maintaining condominium common areas Cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, and amenity areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general cleaning Removing trash and maintaining trash areas Cleaning glass, doors, and other common-area surfaces Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies Keeping assigned areas clean, organized, and presentable Reporting maintenance problems, damages, or unusual conditions to management Providing courteous and professional service to residents and guests Performing other janitorial duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or condominium cleaning experience preferred Reliable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Attention to detail Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift Must be available to work the assigned schedule, including weekends English or Spanish speakers are welcome to apply.
