Miami Gardens, FL Job Details Contract $16 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Full Job Description Employment Solutions is hiring a dependable Janitor / Light Maintenance Worker for a client located in Miami Gardens. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility while assisting with light painting and general maintenance tasks.
•Must be bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish
•Responsibilities Clean and maintain floors, restrooms, common areas, and workspaces. Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility. Perform light painting and touch-up work as needed. Assist with basic building and facility maintenance. Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs when needed. Keep cleaning supplies and maintenance areas organized. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management. Follow all company safety and cleanliness procedures. Assist with general facility upkeep as assigned. Qualifications Previous janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred. Light painting experience preferred. Basic knowledge of general maintenance and minor repairs. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Must maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Position Details Pay:
$16.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:30
