Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and play a vital role in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Execute specialized floor care tasks such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain a professional appearance. Conduct custodial duties including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Assist with industrial cleaning projects involving heavy-duty equipment and techniques for large-scale facilities. Support facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention. Maintain cleanliness standards by following established procedures and safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and uphold a positive work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or related fields preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques such as buffing and stripping. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
