You know the difference between putting towels away and making them look beautiful. You naturally straighten things, like organized cabinets, and notice fingerprints, crooked cushions, and little details other people walk right past. And yes, pretty towel folds make you happy. What You'll Do Make beds beautifully Clean kitchens and bathrooms Vacuum and mop floors Dust and wipe surfaces Organize and reset guest-ready spaces Keep cabinets and supplies neat and organized Check the property for details others might miss Follow each property's turnover checklist Create clean, polished finishing touches Report damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, or anything that doesn't look right Our goal isn't just clean . It's guest ready . The Schedule Our primary vacation rental turnover window is 10 AM-4 PM, seven days a week. You don't have to commit to all seven days. Tell us which days you can consistently work. If Tuesday and Thursday fit your life, tell us Tuesday and Thursday. If you're looking for weekend work, tell us Saturday and Sunday. You choose your regular days. We need you to be dependable on the days you commit to. What You'll Need Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Smartphone Ability to travel between vacation rental properties Ability to stay active throughout your shift Strong attention to detail Reliability A genuine talent for making beds — yes, we're serious about this one Cleaning or hospitality experience is helpful, but attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
