Job Description
About the Role We're hiring a dependable Custodial Technician to maintain a clean, professional commercial environment. This role is best for someone who works efficiently, takes initiative, and shows up consistently ready to work.
- What You'll Do
- Clean floors (mopping
- light water use preferred), lobbies, and high-traffic areas
- Perform a 40-minute walk-through at the start of each shift to identify priority areas
- Service assigned building sections (including both towers and lobbies each shift)
- Focus on visible cleaning needs (no unnecessary re-cleaning of already clean areas)
- Maintain a steady, productive pace
- What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — consistent attendance is required
- Able to work independently and stay on task
- Good judgment on what needs attention vs. what doesn't
- Physically able to walk, stand, and clean for full shifts
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
