All pay practices comply with applicable wage-and-hour laws Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Repelling Window Cleaner to join our team servicing commercial and residential properties in Naples and Fort Myers, FL. This role involves high-rise and elevated window cleaning using rope access/repelling techniques while following strict safety procedures. Responsibilities Perform exterior window cleaning on multi-story and high-rise buildings using rope access/repelling methods Follow all OSHA safety standards and fall protection procedures Inspect ropes, harnesses, anchors, and equipment before each use Clean glass, frames, ledges, and surrounding exterior surfaces Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality service Identify hazards and report safety concerns immediately Travel to various job sites in Naples and Fort Myers area Maintain professional communication with supervisors and clients Assist with general exterior cleaning tasks as needed Qualifications Previous experience in rope access / repelling window cleaning preferred Comfortable working at heights Knowledge of fall protection and safety procedures OSHA certification is a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions Reliable transportation preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
