Construction Site Runner/ Construction Site Cleaner

Job Description:

We are a residential construction company seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to assist with daily job site operations. This role is critical to keeping our projects running smoothly and maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites Remove debris, trash, and excess materials from job sites Deliver materials, tools, and supplies to various job sites Assist superintendents and crews with miscellaneous tasks Ensure homes are clean and presentable before walkthroughs and client visits Perform light labor as needed

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated Construction experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:
