Job Description:

We are seeking meticulous and reliable Post-Construction Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be committed to ensuring that all areas of the site are cleaned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Remove dust, dirt, and debris from new construction sites.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other spaces, ensuring all fixtures and surfaces are free of dust.
• Clean and polish floors, windows, doors, and mirrors.
• Wipe down walls and baseboards, removing any scuffs or marks.
• Dispose of any waste material, including packaging or leftover construction materials.
• Inspect and report any cleaning supply shortages or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Follow company protocols and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving equipment, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours, including possible evenings and weekends as necessary.
