As a Residential Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services that enhance the living environments of our valued clients. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and customer-focused approach will ensure each residence is spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver outstanding housekeeping services while fostering positive relationships with clients. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation across all areas of residential properties Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygienic living spaces, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency Maintain floor care routines including sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep floors pristine and well-maintained Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and effectively Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Ensure proper use of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment while practicing environmentally friendly methods whenever possible Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service quality and cleanliness standards Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is a plus Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with cleaning detergents, janitorial equipment, and outdoor work environments is preferred Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities required for comprehensive cleaning tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently Valid experience in custodial or janitorial roles demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Join us as a Residential Cleaner where your dedication transforms homes into pristine sanctuaries!
