We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. We have two facilities opening in August and are currently seeking qualified candidates for these upcoming assignments. One facility will follow a Monday through Friday schedule, while the second facility will require service Monday through Sunday. These facilities may be assigned separately or combined into a single route. Additional details regarding the route structure, scheduling, and assignment expectations will be discussed during the interview process. This position plays an important role in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for employees, patients, and visitors. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently uphold strict cleaning and sanitation standards, which are especially critical in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Maintain restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic space. Safely use and maintain cleaning tools such as mop and pad poles, and vacuums. Properly handle and dispose of garbage following health and safety protocols. Handle all cleaning supplies with care to maximize their lifespan and effectiveness. Follow established cleaning procedures to meet industry standards and regulatory guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in the building to your Operations Manager. Previous experience in a cleaning role, particularly within commercial buildings required. We require a minimum of 3 years. If selected for the position, you will be required to provide a valid Florida Driver's License and Social Security card, as well as any other documentation necessary to verify your identity and employment eligibility.
