We are seeking a part-time Custodian/Cleaner for a 55+ manufactured home community. Work schedule would be 2 hours per day - 10 hours per week total, including 1 weekend day. Schedule and times are flexible. Job duties would include, but are not limited to: Cleaning the clubhouse Cleaning Inside/outside bathrooms Cleaning Pool areas Cleaning office Attention to detail a must! Will have interaction with residents and will work closely with office personnel and maintenance. This is a multi-tasking, self-motivated position. Must have strong customer service skills and good work habits. Applicant must be an experienced professional and maintain a professional appearance. Drug free workplace. Background check an drug screening required upon employment offer.
