Lead Cleaner Coast & Key Property Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our residential cleaning team! We're a family-owned property services company serving the Florida Panhandle, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, cares about the details, and wants the opportunity to grow with our team. This position will begin as a Residential Cleaner, with the potential to move into a Lead Cleaner role after successfully completing training and our probationary period. What You'll Do Provide high-quality residential cleaning services Complete routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards Pay close attention to details and finishing touches Communicate professionally with clients and team members Help maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality Represent Coast & Key professionally in clients' homes Growth Into Lead Cleaner We're specifically looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
