Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Janitorial Shift Lead to support operations inside a large fulfillment center in Opa-Locka, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Warehouse Corrugate/Trash Technicians , ensuring efficient waste removal processes and maintaining cleanliness standards across the facility. The Janitorial Shift Lead will be responsible for the shift operations and performing janitorial duties at the assigned account. It will be essential that the Shift Lead supports and integrates Sizemore's core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities. REQUIRED

Previous experience leading teams in a warehouse, janitorial, or fulfillment environment preferred Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED preferred Responsibilities Supervise, train, and support Corrugate/Trash Technicians in daily operations Ensure all trash and corrugate materials are collected, transported, and disposed of properly Oversee the use of manual pallet jacks to push and pull loads safely throughout the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Monitor team productivity and ensure service levels meet or exceed client expectations Enforce safety protocols and company policies Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and client representatives Team Responsibilities Technicians are responsible for: Removing cardboard, trash, and packing materials from bins and designated areas Transporting materials throughout the warehouse using manual pallet jacks Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners Maintaining cleanliness across warehouse floors and work areas

Working Conditions:

Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.
