Role:

We are expanding into the Orlando/Apopka area and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Working Lead Technician to help lead our local team. You won't just be managing—you'll be actively on the floor, setting the standard for quality, ensuring tasks are completed to perfection, and serving as our primary point of contact on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed commercial cleaning across designated properties (restrooms, common areas, floors, trash removal). Conduct quick end-of-shift quality walks to ensure all work meets company standards before the team departs. Use our mobile app daily for team clock-ins, photo verification of tasks, and supply inventory tracking. Assist our Senior Field Supervisor with training new technicians on site.

Requirements:

1+ years of commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience. Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred, but strong senior cleaners looking to step up are encouraged to apply. Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation. Smartphone compatible with modern apps. Must pass a standard background check.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
