Porter/Detailer

Job Description Panama City Cycles & Marine is looking for a Porter/Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the powersports industry. This position will be responsible for cleaning and detailing new units and customer units (i.e. Boats,Motorcycles,ATVs, UTVs, PWCs, Etc.) as well as assisting with the daily operations, assembly and accessorizing. This is a full time position that could easily be a steady, secure position for the right candidate. Sure, you're going to get a little wet, you're going to get a little sweaty, and you'll be outside most the day but it's a steady job that can add security to your life. This is one of the most important positions in our building because the porter keeps our inventory looking it's best! You'll be making sure the units are in tip top shape for buyers so they see a gorgeous, brand new machine, every time! Responsibilities Clean and detail vehicles using high-quality products and techniques Maintain a clean work environment Report any damage to the vehicle to management immediately Complete daily cleaning tasks and accessory installation in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and orderly work area Check-in and inventory cleaning supplies as needed Maintain inventory levels of all cleaning supplies Maintain a professional appearance at all times Operation of company tools, pressure washers and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner Perform daily duties assigned by the management team; which may include but are not limited to helping with vehicle assembly, cleaning dealership, accessorizing units, organizing, property appearance, etc. Ideal applicant must be willing to work hard, stay positive and have fun! Experience:

Must be 18+ and have a valid drivers license . Experience detailing preferred (automotive, marine and/or powersports detailing) knowledge of powersports, boats or motorcycles preferred but not required. experience with chemicals (e.g., soap, alcohol, bleach) is preferred.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to push motorcycles, ATVs, etc; be able to operate/learn to operate a pressure washers, forklift, etc. Must be able to get in and out of boats, ATVs, SSVs, Golf Carts, PWCs and more.

WEEKENDS OFF!

We're closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
