Full Job Description Description:

JANITORIAL/CLEANING SERVICES

Contractor shall provide one dedicated Day Porter/Light Maintenance Technician 5 hours daily on the weekdays and 3hrs daily on the wknds.

Responsibilities shall include:

Janitorial/Cleaning Person Skill Set:

1. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. 2. Dusting surfaces and fixtures. 3. Emptying trash bins and dispose in trash dumpsters. 4. Cleaning windows and frames. 5. Spot cleaning walls, spills, and stains. 6. Cleaning common areas, including stairs, hallways, breezeways.

Requirements:

Knowledge of cleaning/janitorial equipment:

carts, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbing machine, mops, brooms, squeegees, use of PPE (gloves, goggles, masks). 2. Report maintenance issues (lights out, leaks, damage) 3.
