Clean Easy Cleaning Services is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technicians to service vacant multifamily apartment units and residential properties. This position is paid per completed unit . Position Responsibilities Perform professional carpet cleaning services in vacant apartment units and residential properties Pre-treat stains and high-traffic areas Operate carpet cleaning equipment safely and effectively Ensure carpets are fully cleaned, deodorized, and move-in ready Report any damages or concerns before beginning work Complete jobs within assigned turnaround times Maintain professional communication and appearance while on-site Requirements Must provide your own carpet cleaning machine and supplies Must have reliable transportation Previous carpet cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Must be dependable, punctual, and responsive Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and standing for extended periods Must have a smartphone for communication and job updates Pay Structure Paid per unit completed Pay varies based on unit size and scope of work Opportunities for recurring work available Preferred Qualifications Experience working in multifamily/apartment communities Ability to complete quick unit turns Attention to detail and quality workmanship Why Work With Clean Easy?
