job summary: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Traveling Construction Manager. This role is critical to our project success, requiring a leader with a proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction. You will be responsible for ensuring that every project is built in strict accordance with design specifications and stays on track with the established schedule.

Lead the physical construction ensuring compliance to local structural standards.Team Management:
Oversee and mentor a team of six subordinate superintendents, managing workforce planning and productivity across all onsite crews.Operational Oversight:
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Smartsheets to manage project documentation, cost control, and rigorous construction schedules.Subcontractor Coordination:
Direct all carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors to ensure seamless phase transitions.Safety & Quality:
Enforce strict adherence to OSHA 30 standards and internal quality requirements to maintain a zero-incident environment.qualifications:
Experience level: ManagerMinimum 8 years of experienceEducation:
