Role Overview:
As a Full-Time Cleaning Pro , you will play a key role in ensuring our properties are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. This position is responsible for cleaning vacant units, common areas, stairwells, hallways, and exterior spaces. You will also perform pressure washing of sidewalks and other outdoor areas as needed. Your work directly supports tenant satisfaction and the overall appearance of our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents — full turn cleaning to move-in standard Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, stairwells, mailroom areas, and shared spaces Perform exterior cleaning — trash pickup, grounds upkeep, and curb appeal walks Communicate with the Onsite Manager and Property Management team on cleaning schedules, supply needs, and units that need attention Provide daily updates on completed work and flag anything outside cleaning scope (maintenance issues, damage, safety concerns) Travel between properties across the Tampa Bay portfolio as assigned Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in working condition
Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, or hospitality) Strong attention to detail — what looks clean to most people isn't clean enough Ability to work independently and manage your daily route without close supervision Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Working conditions: Field-based work across the Tampa Bay portfolio with travel between properties Physical role — lifting, bending, climbing stairs, extended standing, working in unconditioned spaces Outdoor work in Florida weather, including heat and humidity Exposure to standard cleaning chemicals — PPE provided
