What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

If you enjoy working independently and staying active, this job is for you. ⭐ What You'll Do Keep parking lots, sidewalks, flower beds, trash cans, and dumpster areas clean Use PME-provided equipment to maintain property standards Report any issues or needed repairs Follow all health & safety guidelines ⭐ What You MUST Have Valid Florida Driver's License Experience in porter work, landscaping, or groundskeeping Reliable transportation and a cell phone Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Dependability, integrity, and a positive attitude Ability to pass a drug screening (required) ⏰ Schedule Part-Time Start times between 2:00 AM - 10:00 AM Must be available weekdays & weekends ⭐ Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental & Vision insurance Supportive team atmosphere Fair chance employer — applicants with a criminal record are encouraged to apply ⭐ Additional Info PME is a drug-free workplace We participate in
