Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards Carry out custodial tasks in both commercial and residential spaces, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-organized. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks like minor repairs, painting, and equipment upkeep to support operational efficiency. Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities to prevent accidents or hazards. Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or industrial settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and custodial best practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, extractors, and pressure washers safely and effectively. Experience with residential painting or basic facilities maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.
