The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial spaces and residential properties. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and a commitment to upholding high standards of hygiene and safety. Duties Clean and maintain restrooms in common areas vacuum and mop floors of the clubhouse Clean surfaces, outdoor lights and doors. Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming to ensure all common areas are clean and well-maintained. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions. Execute custodial duties in accordance with established protocols Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist with some maintenance, if necessary. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning chemicals is essential. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
