This job includes roof soft washing, house washing, pressure washing, paver sealing preparation, hose handling, equipment setup, customer property protection, and outdoor work in South Florida heat. We have over 600 five-star reviews and high standards. We are looking for someone reliable, teachable, careful, and willing to work hard. This is not just "spraying water." Our technicians work around high-value homes, landscaping, pavers, pools, windows, screens, painted surfaces, and cleaning equipment. Starting pay is usually $18

• 22/hour depending on verified skill, reliability, experience, attitude, and fit. True lead technicians who can run jobs without direct supervision can earn $26
• 30/hour plus bonuses after certification.

This is a W-2 position. Raises are based on reliability, skill growth, safety, quality, customer care, and ability to take on more responsibility — not just time served.

Schedule:

Hours vary by season, workload, and weather. Busy season may offer 35-50 hours. Slower months or bad weather may be lighter. Saturday availability is required when scheduled.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to work outdoors in South Florida heat
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds when needed
• Saturday availability when scheduled
• Willingness to follow systems and checklists
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Respect for customer property
• Ability to accept correction without attitude Experience helps but is not required for the right person.

Helpful backgrounds include pressure washing, soft washing, landscaping, pool service, construction, maintenance, painting, mechanical work, small engines, trailer work, or other outdoor labor.
