Job Summary Hours - check out 11am Check in 4pm We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team, specializing in preparing and maintaining exceptional Airbnb rental properties. In this role, you will ensure each space is spotless, inviting, and ready for guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. Your energetic approach and commitment to cleanliness will help create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering positive reviews and repeat bookings. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas within Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dust-free, and impeccably maintained according to health and safety standards Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep floors pristine and safe for guests Restock amenities like toiletries, linens, towels, and kitchen supplies to enhance guest comfort Inspect properties after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met and identify any maintenance or repair needs Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently across all properties Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or damages promptly Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods and floor care practices Ability to work efficiently independently while managing multiple properties in a timely manner Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high cleanliness standards Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving furniture or equipment as needed Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to sanitation and workplace safety Reliable transportation or access to the work sites; flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if required Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences by ensuring every Airbnb property is spotless and welcoming!
