Duties Safely use ladders and related equipment to access and service high-reach areas Clean interior and exterior windows on both residential and commercial properties Perform a variety of pressure-washing and commercial cleaning tasks Maintain clean, organized, and well-kept equipment and work areas Follow all safety protocols, especially those related to working at heights Requirements Strong comfort and proven ability working at heights and using ladders safely Experience in custodial, window cleaning, or commercial cleaning (preferred) High attention to detail and a strong work ethic Physical ability to lift, carry, and operate cleaning equipment Commitment to following all safety procedures and company guidelines
