Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaner/Shampoo Girl to join our dynamic team. Bilingual:

Spanish/English Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Provide professional shampooing services for clients' hair, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain cleanliness of shampoo stations, treatment rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Assist with light housekeeping duties such as organizing supplies and restocking products as needed. Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workspace for colleagues and clients. Support the team with additional custodial tasks like waste disposal, floor care including buffing, and equipment maintenance when required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and client appointments efficiently. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, with a strong understanding of custodial procedures. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and sealing floors. Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards as well as residential or industrial cleaning practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist clients professionally. understands Spanish and english Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or equipment upkeep is a plus.
