Job Description
Job description: We are hiring for a local cleaning business in Spring Hill, FL. Work will be in Citrus, Pasco and Hernando Counties primarily. We service residential and commercial properties.
REQUIRED
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to utilize navigational ap on phone
- Map to get to destination
- Positive Work Ethic
Clean Background Check DUTIES:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and change bed linens
- Organize and tidy up rooms and common areas
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor care as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
SKILLS:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial work, or a related field is preferred but willing to train.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends
Salary:
$16.00 to start with room for rapid growth as you showcase your experience moving to $18.00.Job Type:
Part-time with opportunity to work into full-time.Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0- 30.
