With experience to be discussed. We are looking for a high-energy and determined individual to join our professional cleaning company as a Cleaning Associate/Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that a variety of spaces, including residential and commercial properties, are clean, organized, and well-maintained. While previous cleaning experience is preferred, it is not required. We value attention to detail and the ability to take direction and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain various surfaces and areas, including floors, windows, furniture, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Follow instructions and cleaning protocols as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used effectively and stored properly.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
- High energy and a determined attitude.
- No experience required, but previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- Paid working interview may be required.
- Must pass a drug test and Level 2 background check.
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus (English preferred).
- A valid driver's license is a bonus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:
