We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working outdoors . Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. There is plenty of opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Perform pressure washing and soft washing on homes, roofs, driveways, pavers, patios, fences, and other exterior surfaces Clean exterior and interior windows using professional equipment Safely operate pressure washers, soft-wash systems, hoses, ladders, and other cleaning equipment Properly apply cleaning solutions and follow chemical-handling procedures Protect landscaping, windows, customer property, and surrounding areas while working Load, unload, and organize equipment and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and use required PPE Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers Work efficiently with the team while maintaining high-quality standards What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Able to lift and carry equipment, hoses, and supplies Attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and follow instructions Pressure washing, soft washing, or window cleaning experience is a plus, but not required Why Join FloSoftWash?
