This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Collection and removal of waste debris. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Notifying management of safety issues such as faulty wiring, broken glass, leaks, etc. Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required by specific job sites. Provide janitorial services in commercial settings with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Support residential painting projects when needed, ensuring high standards of cleanliness during and after the job. Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments effectively and on schedule. Skills Experience with commercial/residential/construction cleaning preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and standards preferred. Experience in industrial cleaning environments is a plus. Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks as needed. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
