This position supports daily facility operations and helps maintain a comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Major Duties and Responsibilities Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep throughout the building. Maintain cleanliness in hallways, common areas, dining areas, and other designated spaces. Remove trash and ensure waste is disposed of properly. Assist with moving supplies, equipment, furniture, and other materials as needed. Help maintain clean, organized, and clutter-free work areas. Perform basic maintenance and general upkeep tasks as assigned. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor. Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control protocols. Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and properly. Assist housekeeping and other departments with general tasks as needed. Follow facility safety policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, general maintenance, or a similar role preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving supplies as needed. Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation.
