Tampa, Brandon, Riverview, and Wesley Chapel, FL Starting pay: $15 per hour Employment type: Part-time, W-2 Castro Commercial Services is hiring dependable cleaning technicians to help maintain commercial offices and facilities. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, communicate well, and consistently show up ready to work. Experience with Jani-King is highly encouraged and strongly recommended, especially for candidates familiar with commercial cleaning standards, procedures, and account expectations. Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners. Clean and sanitize restrooms. Check and refill toilet paper, soap, and paper towel dispensers. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Wipe down surfaces, break rooms, and common areas. Follow cleaning checklists and complete a final walkthrough. Secure the building and follow key and alarm procedures. Report supply needs or problems promptly. Follow Jani-King cleaning procedures and quality standards when applicable. Requirements Reliable transportation to your assigned location. Availability for evening shifts. Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance. Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting supplies. Willingness to complete a background check. Commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Experience with Jani-King is highly encouraged and strongly recommended. Familiarity with Jani-King systems, procedures, checklists, or account standards is a significant advantage. We're willing to train the right person, but candidates with Jani-King experience are especially encouraged to apply. What we offer Paid training. Cleaning supplies and equipment provided at each location. Pay twice monthly, on the 1st and 15th. A supportive team with clear expectations. Hours vary by assigned account.
