We pride ourselves on maintaining flawless, spotlessly clean residential homes across The Villages area, and we are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Lead Cleaner to lead our field operations. Position Overview As the Lead Cleaner, you will play a dual role: executing hands on turnover cleanings to our high standards and overseeing the daily flow of cleaning operations. You will supervise cleaning team members, conduct quality control inspections, manage cleaning schedules, and keep field inventory fully stocked.

Key Responsibilities Residential Cleaning:

Perform thorough, deep turnover cleanings of short-term rental homes, including sanitizing kitchens/bathrooms, laundering linens, making beds, and preparing homes for guest arrival.

Team Coordination & Scheduling:

Organize daily cleaning assignments, deploy team members efficiently, and adjust schedules to accommodate last minute guest bookings or check out changes.

Quality Inspections:

Walk properties to ensure all cleaning, staging, and property maintenance standards are adequate and ready for guests.

Inventory & Supply Management:

Monitor cleaning products, linens, and guest amenities across properties; prepare supply reorders; and maintain detailed inventory logs.

Property Logs & Reporting:

Maintain clear logs of property condition reports, damage, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately following guest check-outs.

Cleaning Strategies:

Must be familiar with a wide variety of cleaning strategies.

Cleaning Strategies:

Able to identify weak points and knowledge gaps with crew members and assist them with learning correct cleaning procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

2+ years of professional residential or short-term rental cleaning experience required; previous supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

Transportation:

Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance provided).

Skills:

Excellent time management, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.

Tech Savvyish:

Comfortable using smartphone apps for scheduling, checklists, and assigning tasks to employees/coworkers.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to clean 2 homes a day within a 2 hour time limit.
