Pressure washing and window cleaning Technician

Responsibilities Operate pressure washing equipment to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, driveways, decks, and other surfaces. Prepare work sites by protecting surrounding areas and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Inspect surfaces prior to cleaning to identify stains, dirt buildup, or damage that may require special attention. Apply cleaning solutions when necessary, ensuring proper handling and disposal in accordance with environmental regulations. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning nozzles, hoses, and tanks, and reporting any malfunctions. Adhere to safety guidelines at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope and completion status. Experience Prior experience with pressure washing or similar outdoor cleaning services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of safety procedures related to operating high-pressure equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina and strength to handle equipment operation and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
