Job Summary Sunshine Pro Cleaning is looking for a reliable part-time cleaner to help maintain the exterior common areas of three condo buildings in the Venice/Wellen Park area . Duties include:

Blowing walkways, stairwells, landings, and exterior common areas Removing cobwebs from corners, lights, railings, and entry areas Wiping handrails and high-touch areas Cleaning elevator interiors Picking up light trash or debris as needed Keeping common areas looking clean, neat, and well maintained

Requirements:

Must be dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working outside in Florida weather Able to walk stairs and move around condo buildings Basic cleaning experience preferred Must take pride in detail work and appearance Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

This is consistent part-time weekly work. The job can be completed in one full day or broken up into three shorter days , approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per day .

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
