Day Shift About the Opportunity PrideStaff is proud to partner with a premier aviation and aerospace manufacturer in West Palm Beach to find a dependable, hardworking team member. If you are looking for a stable, full-time 40-hour work week and enjoy a job where no two days are exactly the same, this is the perfect role for you! This unique position splits your time between keeping the facility looking its best and getting hands-on with basic product assembly. No prior experience or English fluency is required—we will train you on everything you need to know! Key Responsibilities This role is a 50/50 split between facility care and manufacturing support: Facility & Janitorial Care (50%): Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning floors, offices, and restrooms. Keep the facility looking sharp by picking up trash from the building's exterior. Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal. Basic Assembly & Production Support (50%): Learn exciting new aerospace manufacturing and production processes. Perform basic, hands-on product assembly using simple tools and instructions. Assist the production team with daily tasks as needed. What We Are Looking For We don't care about a fancy resume or specific technical skills.
