Cleaners may accept available jobs based on their schedule and service area. This is a contract, per-job opportunity with no guaranteed hours or minimum number of assignments. Current job payouts generally range from $50 to $135 per completed cleaning , depending on the cleaning type and size of the home. Responsibilities Complete residential cleaning jobs according to the instructions provided for each assignment Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, surface cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general home tidying Complete deep-cleaning, move-in/move-out, or other requested services when included in the accepted job Arrive at scheduled jobs reliably and on time Follow customer-specific instructions and communicate any problems or unexpected conditions Treat customer homes and belongings carefully and professionally Report existing damage or issues noticed before or during a cleaning Notify FreshMyHome promptly if you are delayed or unable to complete an accepted job Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation to customer homes throughout your selected Palm Beach County service areas Ability to work independently and follow job-specific instructions Strong attention to detail and time management Professional and respectful communication Comfortable working around household pets when disclosed Ability to perform normal physical cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning equipment Cleaning Supplies Cleaners are generally expected to bring the ordinary supplies and equipment needed to complete accepted jobs, including items such as: Vacuum Mop and bucket Microfiber cloths Brushes and sponges Gloves Appropriate household cleaning products Other standard residential cleaning supplies If a particular job requires something different, FreshMyHome will communicate that in the job details.
