•36/hr average Grease Ninjas is a new, locally-owned kitchen exhaust cleaning company. We're looking for an experienced technician to lead a new branch as we grow across metro Atlanta's restaurant and hotel market. You'd be running point on quality and training from day one, with real ownership over how the branch operates. Spanish speakers strongly encouraged to apply.
PRIOR COMMERICIAL KITCHEN CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
Perform commercial kitchen hood, exhaust, and rooftop unit cleaning to NFPA 96 standard Lead and train other technicians on-site, setting the standard for quality and safety Work directly with restaurant and hotel facilities managers as the face of the company on-site Manage routing and scheduling as the branch grows Document completed work with before/after photos and job reports for each site Provide feedback that directly shapes how we operate — this isn't a company where your input gets lost
Requirements:
2+ years of experience with NFPA 96 / hood cleaning required Comfortable with heights, rooftop access, and physically demanding work Strong problem solving & communication skills — you'll represent us directly with clients Valid driver's license Growth & leadership mindset — ready to take on more responsibility as the branch grows
